铝和铝合金都具有非常优良的性能,比如比强度高、耐腐蚀性强,在许多的产业中都具有非常广泛的应用,尤其在***工业、机械等产业,并且铝合金属于有色金属,在应用的过程中需要进行焊接,所以随着科学技术的飞速发展,铝合金的焊接技术的研究也越来越深入。因此,激光焊接技术是科学技术的一大进步。

抛光:

激光焊接作为一种新型的焊接技术,焊接热源直接是激光,既可以避免能源的浪费,又可以***提高焊接的效率。同时,激光焊接把机器人或者是数控机床作为运动系统,减少人员的参与,可以减少劳动力的浪费,提高焊接的效率。激光热源除了具有可再生性和清洁***的优点之外,还可以高度的聚焦和良好性能的传输,因此可以将能量全部汇聚集中于一点,避免热量的散失和浪费。所以,激光焊接能够提高焊接的效率和速度以及焊接的质量。因为激光焊接的光束是通过脉冲或者连续的激光束来实现的,因此当激光束直接照射铝合金的表面时,能够把金属表面的热量迅速扩散到铝合金的内部,使铝合金快速的熔化形成一条焊缝,同时在融化后的金属上形成一种反作用力,最终将熔化的铝合金表面向下凹陷形成小孔。这个小孔具有强大的功效,可以全部吸收激光光束照射时产生的能量,并同时产生高温蒸汽,蒸汽压力与壁层表面的张力形成一种动态的平衡。


1、激光焊接的功率  激光焊接具有一定的功率,只有当焊接功率达到一定的高度时,才能让焊接得以稳定、持续的进行,否则焊接只能在铝合金的表面进行工作,使得铝合金表面发生熔化,从而焊接不能成功的进行。激光焊接的功率可以达到将铝合金表面以及内部全部焊接的高度,甚至比此还要高,所以激光焊接铝合金级可以提高效率和速度以及质量。 


2、激光焊接的速度  因激光焊接功***,所以焊接时速度也相应得到提高,焊接的速度不断提高能够使得熔深不断减小,相反,如果速度减慢,就会使铝合金被过度的焊接甚至被焊接穿透,因此,选择激光焊接可以降低焊接失败的比例从而大大降低焊接成本。
